After submitting this form, I will reach out to the phone number you provided and we will discuss your ideas for the design in more detail.


Once we are on the same page with the tattoo idea, I will send information for a mobile $20 deposit through Venmo or Cashapp.


We will secure a day and time for the tattoo once I receive your deposit.

All deposits are deducted from the total cost of your tattoo.
